When should I consider air freight?
Air freight may be appropriate when timing is important, the cargo has a high value relative to its volume or quantities do not justify sea freight. The decision follows a review of cost, urgency and cargo restrictions.
What is air freight consolidation?
Consolidation combines several shipments into a shared air cargo movement. Where suitable, it can make better use of capacity and offer an alternative to a direct shipment.
Can dangerous goods be shipped by air?
Some can, subject to the appropriate classification, packaging, documents and approvals under the relevant air transport rules. Each shipment is assessed individually before acceptance.
Can door-to-door courier services be included?
Courier and door-to-door services can be arranged according to weight, destination, urgency and the goods involved.
